The bike had obviously not been road tested by Ducati Sunderland as it was stalling at low speed and loosing power under accelaration with frequent EML warning light flashing. The issues were caused by a faulty aftermarket quickshifter that is fitted to the bike. No effort has been made to contact me, replace the faulty quickshifter or otherwise compensate me for the inconvenience this has caused. Not great.

My experience at Ducati Sunderland could have been better because i bought a motorcycle less than 3 years old and was told it would have its fuull recommended scheduled service before i had it delivered. to maintain its 3 year warranty that would need to be completed by the dealership which i what i was told and expected. when i received the bike and inquired regards the service i was told it had been to a local garage for an"oil service" this is completely unacceptable and i have registered complaint until it is resolved. they have said they would get it serviced at KTM dealership which i still wait and chase weekly to no avail yet.
