On the day I picked up the bike the salesman I had been dealing with became ill and was taken to hospital. Despite this another person stepped into the breach and handled the delivery very well. I was very pleased with my buying experience and hope the salesman is now fully recovered!

Whilst booking my bike in for a service I spoke to Neil Coates about potentially sourcing me another bike, to which Neil went about sourcing me a bike to my spec and budget swiftly. I'd endorse Ducati Sunderland because the salesman Neil was very knowledgeable about the motorbike, friendly, couldn't have been more helpful, and did not make any pressure on the sale in any way. It was a really great experience overall dealing with Neil. Perfect.

Customer service was fairly poor. No call after sale to see how I was getting on as instructed I would. Bike was dirty on delivery and told the valeter was on holiday. 2 fairing bolts missing from fairings and initially was expected to pay for this before having conversations. Just disappointing for a Ducati dealership. Bought many Ducatis from other dealerships and the service was top notch
