My experience at Ducati Sunderland could have been better because the communication was extremely poor and I had to keep chasing up. Very stressful & bike wasn’t even clean, mirror loose on bike, chain grease all over bike tyre and brake!

The experience at Ducati Sunderland was good because attitude of the salesman was welcoming and friendly however this was let down by the quality of the second hand bike I purchased from Vertu Ducati Sunderland, very disappointed with the workmanship from the service department

The salesman was knowledgeable and helpful, returned phone calls and arranged everything well. My only issue was the delivery was a day late due to a "mix up" with the transport man.
